“To Whom It May Concern. In 2005 SOS Mobile SA (Pty) sort the services of Inforestilo. A team of developers came to South Africa to setup Artsoft and other required software. At first there were a lot of challenges like language and the South African GAAP but as time had passed these were no longer hampering issues for us. Artsoft was translated into English and the accounting system was setup according to local requirements by the very efficient team at Inforestilo.
When e-mail responses were delaying the support we decided to use the technology available to us, such as MSN and LogMeIn etc, to shorten the distance between Portugal and South Africa. With the aid of VOIP, video conferencing and Remote Access were we able to receive support as if the Engineer was sitting right besides us.
Artsoft has assisted us in managing our Financials as well as our repair department. It is one of the very few Software packages, that we’ve come across, which has an end to end solution for our business requirements. The software would mean nothing without the assistance of the very competent support team at Inforestilo.
